Eat better, save time, feel good

You cook simple, easy-to-make meals that carry a high nutritional value. Your benefits:

Now that you have received your weekly package, choose from one of the recipes. You will find one poultry meal, one vegetarian meal, one seafood meal, and one red meat meal. There are also a lot of vegetables and grains included. This complete set of ingredients fulfills your family’s nutritional requirements with a balanced intake of fibers, carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamins. All recipes are created following the nutritionist’s advice.

Following our instruction you will spend 35 to 55 minutes preparing the whole meal for the family. We achieve time economy by proposing preparation and cooking of different elements in parallel. Cooking time is always indicated on each recipe, so you can choose which one to cook when, according to your availability in the kitchen.

*Tip: You may as well consider cooking it if you have guests for dinner.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE IN YOUR KITCHEN

You will need basic kitchen utensils:

  • Cooking pots, baking sheets, frying pans, mixing bowl, colander, mixer and blender, grater with different size options. Heavy bottom cooking pots are better for cook grains and rice.
  • Knives for vegetables and for meat, special one for tomatoes (optional) and of course a potatoes peeler.
  • Aluminum foil and baking paper.

We will remind you of the basic products like flour, eggs, butter, etc that you will need for a particular week in your instruction sheet.

Tip: We also advise you to use steaming device or a steaming pot for vegetables.

Tip: Food processor would be helpful, since you will be grating and chopping vegetables
