Black Beluga Lentils - BIO - 350g CHF4.00

Ingredients: Black lentils Beluga organic.
Origin: North America
Recipe: Beluga-Lentils-Salad:
100g Beluga-lentils, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt fine,
2 tablespoons Omega 3+6 oil, 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar,
1 garlic clove or 1 small onion.
Trimming: a couple of arugula leaves
Give the Beluga-lentils into water and let it cook for about
35Min. Add after 25Min. of the cooking time 1/2 teaspoon
sea salt fine. Pour the Beluga-lentils off and mix it with
the oil and the balsamic vinegar. Add the garlic clove- or the
onion cubes.
Let it well infuse and garnish it with the arugula leaves.
